Welcome to the Baltic Congress of Radiology 2024 (BCR2024). These Terms and Conditions govern your registration, participation, and access to the congress organized by Latvian Radiology Association, taking place in Riga, Latvia, from 17th of October 2024 to 19th of October 2024. By registering for BCR2024, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration and Payment Information
All participants must register through the official congress website www.bcr2024.lv.
Registration fees must be paid in full by the specified deadline to secure participation.
All payments related to the Baltic Congress of Radiology 2024, including registration fees, will be processed by our official payment handler:

Payment Instructions
Upon completing the registration process, you will receive an invoice to complete your payment.
Acceptable forms of payment include bank transfer.
All payments must be made in Euro (EU)] and include any applicable taxes.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to the congress secretariat at info@bcr2024.lv.
Cancellations received by 01.07.2024 will be eligible for a refund, subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this date.
In the event of congress cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified and offered a full refund.
3. Program Changes
The congress organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, venue, or schedule at any time without prior notice. Efforts will be made to maintain the quality and integrity of the event.
4. Liability and Insurance
The congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries or loss of, or damage to, private property of participants.
Participants are advised to arrange their own health and travel insurance.
5. Intellectual Property
All congress materials, including abstracts and presentations, are the intellectual property of the authors and the congress. Unauthorized recording, duplication, or distribution of congress materials is prohibited.
By submitting an abstract, authors grant the congress the right to publish and distribute their work.
6. Data Protection
By registering for the congress, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the congress website.
Personal information will be used for congress-related communication and may be shared with congress partners for the purpose of organizing the event.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times during the congress. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
The congress organizers reserve the right to remove any participant found to be in violation of the Code of Conduct.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Latvia, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
